CHERRYPICK LOGISTICS, company specialized in the storage and distribution of cosmetics and beauty products, has completed the expansion of its infrastructure with a new 5,500 m2 warehouse, strengthening its operational capacity and global reach. For this, it relied on the experience of AR Racking, which designed and implemented a custom storage system, optimizing the space and guaranteeing maximum efficiency.

To offer more capacity to its current customers, capture new business and maintain a future growth margin, CHERRYPICK LOGISTICS entrusted AR Racking to install an AR PAL storage system. This system has enabled the efficient organization of its reserve stock, while also facilitating picking operations at lower levels. With a total capacity of 16,000 pallet positions, the new warehouse, which has added 6,000 new positions, has become a key pillar of the company’s growth strategy.

The commissioning of the new facility was completed in a record time of just 4 weeks, demonstrating AR Racking’s ability to develop custom solutions without compromising either the speed or quality of the service. In addition, the close collaboration with AR Racking’s engineering team made it possible to personalize the design and strengthen the structures according to the characteristics of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and optimized environment for the cosmetics sector, which requires special storage conditions.

The facility, which is 8.60 m high and adapted to the specific needs of the sector, strengthens CHERRYPICK LOGISTICS’ ability to offer specialized logistics solutions to international cosmetics companies.
