The President of the Autonomous Community of Navarra, María Chivite, and the Regional Minister of Economy and Finance, José Luis Arasti, today visited the AR Racking production centre in Tudela, Navarra.

During the meeting, the authorities learned first-hand about AR Racking's growth plan, which includes a total investment of 20 million euros over 4 years to expand its production capacity and create 35 new jobs in Navarra. Within this framework, the Navarra Investment Institute (INI) has invested 8 million euros in the company, thus strengthening its international expansion and its roots in the industrial fabric of the Ribera de Navarra.

A strategic investment for growth

This meeting follows the agreement recently reached with the Navarra Investment Institute (INI), through which 8 million euros have been earmarked to consolidate AR Racking's expansion and strengthen its presence in international markets. This investment will also contribute to job creation and technological development in the region, reinforcing the company's commitment to Navarra.

The institutional visit was also attended by the Managing Director of INI, Asier Aguilera, and the Managing Director of the company, Francisco Fernández. On behalf of AR Racking and Grupo Arania, the delegation was accompanied by the President of the group, Eric Arana; the Board Member Carmelo Bilbao; the Vice President, Alberto Lejarreta; the Manager of AR Racking, José Manuel Lucio, and the Operations Director, Óscar Escribano.

A boost for the industrial sector

President Chivite highlighted the importance of AR Racking as a driver of employment and development in the region: ‘We support the growth of companies that drive the economy of Navarra, ensuring quality employment and promoting innovation’. For his part, Minister Arasti underlined INI's mission as a strategic partner for the industrial sector: ‘Our aim is to facilitate investments that consolidate and expand key projects for Navarra, ensuring their positive impact on the region’.

Eric Arana, President of Grupo Arania, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in the company: ‘This investment is an important boost for our growth and consolidation in strategic markets. We are grateful for the backing of the Government of Navarra and INI, which allows us to continue innovating and strengthening our position as a benchmark in industrial storage solutions’.

Commitment to innovation and growth

AR Racking, which exports 85% of its production to more than 65 countries, remains committed to Navarra as the nerve centre of its activity. The company has reaffirmed its commitment to the region, strengthening its technological development capacity and collaborating with local research centres.

With this investment, AR Racking reinforces its position in strategic markets such as the USA and Latin America, consolidating its leadership in the industrial storage sector. The company, part of Grupo Arania, will continue its expansion with a focus on the efficiency and safety of its solutions, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and industrial excellence.
