Simplicity and efficiency: AR Racking improves the warehouse management of CCL S.A.

AR Racking, storage systems specialist, has successfully concluded the implementation of an innovative system at the facilities of CCL S.A., a leading logistics company in the Valle del Cauca.

"This collaboration aims to simplify and improve the daily operations of CCL S.A., focusing on practical and efficient solutions", commented Edward Suescun, project manager at AR Racking.

The project covered an area of 7,300 m² and included the installation of Adjustable Pallet Racking and Carton Flow Rack Systems. A total of 3,536 new positions and 960 reinstalled positions were implemented in the Adjustable Pallet Racking System, together with a Carton Flow Rack System consisting of 30 bays with 4 levels.

The Double Deep Pallet Racking, with 6 beam levels, and the Carton Flow Rack System with picking positions, demonstrate AR Racking’s practical and flexible approach to adapt to specific customer needs, which in this case sought the most appropriate distribution to store beauty and personal hygiene products.
