Rogers SpA improves the logistics of its distribution centre with the help of AR Racking

The Chilean company, Rogers SpA, specialised in the import and distribution of food supplements and textile products, commissioned AR Racking Chile to strategically improve the intralogistics of its warehouse.

With more than 13 years in the market, Rogers SpA sells its products through both retail channels and its own e-commerce service. “From the very first contact, the service has been incredibly personalised, precise and quick”, explained Fabio Moreno, partner in Rogers SpA.

It was a warehouse re-adaptation project: “we have installed in this distribution centre that already had other industrial racking, but we were looking for a more secure installation, with higher quality racking such as the ones offered by AR Racking”, added Moreno.

As a result, the distribution centre has new adjustable pallet racking and several different picking areas. According to Germán Flores Miranda, General Manager of AR Racking Chile, “the customer now has a warehouse with industrial racking produced under the highest quality parameters that will greatly facilitate Rogers SpA’s busy import and distribution operations”.

AR Racking’s delivery times are the most competitive in the market thanks to its inventory stock warehouse in Santiago, where its sales offices are also located and which serves the whole country. “In our sector there are suppliers that offer low-cost storage systems, but the quality of the product is much lower and the customer ends up suffering the consequences. Our storage solutions comply with high certified quality requirements, Chilean anti-seismic regulations (NCH 2369) and the most stringent quality standards”, said Flores Miranda.
